A consumer is on Hexmag's website and has found the product they want to buy. Instead of an old style dealer list, Hexmag simply places a FIND NEAR MEbutton on each product page that allows consumers to instantly check with you (the dealer) to see if you have the product in stock.
The Consumer will see a pop up window for each dealer that is being contacted to locate the product they are looking for.
All Dealers with the FIND NEAR ME app installed on their mobile phone or computer, within the set range, will receive an inquiry for the specific product the Consumer is searching for.
You (the Dealer) can respond with a simple Yes/No or provide a more elaborate response if you choose.
Consumers will see the responses from each Dealer in their respective window.
Consumers can choose to initiate a direct chat with one or multiple Dealers to ask more specific questions about the product, inventory, store hours, etc.
You (the Dealer) can respond in the same way you would to a text message. This allows you to continue to work with the consumers in your store without the distraction of answering the phone.
